On April 4th and 5th FIRE church hosted Noches de Milagros, an outreach to the Hispanic culture of Charlotte and the surrounding areas. Prior to the event, a team of volunteers and students scoured the local neighborhoods to evangelize and minister on the streets. Five hundred flyers promoting the event were passed out and over one hundred souls were ministered to. Some people were instantaneously healed of pains and sicknesses. Some were relieved of addictions. Others felt the freedom of a new life in Christ. Through the evangelism time on the streets, three cell groups have now been established within the neighborhoods to train and disciple the new believers.

The services, held both nights at the highway 29 building, were geared toward the Hispanic culture through Spanish speaking worship, preaching, testimonies, and prayer. Many souls were touched and lives restored as God poured down His love on His people. An older gentleman came to the service painfully walking with a cane. God took a hold of him and he left that night walking and leaping - pain free! A young lady was freed from fear and worry. With tears in her eyes, she testified how God had broken the anxiety from her. She no longer felt the burden of worry on her life. God showed up during the outreach and miraculously touched those there to seek Him.

God is moving among the Hispanic culture of Charlotte. FIRE is dedicated to having Hispanic outreaches once a month to provide an avenue for God to move among His people. Be on the lookout for the times and dates of these future outreaches.

Matthew 4:23-25

Jesus went throughout Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the good news of the kingdom, and healing every disease and sickness among the people. News about him spread all over Syria, and people brought to him all who were ill with various diseases, those suffering severe pain, the demon-possessed, those having seizures, and the paralyzed, and he healed them. Large crowds from Galilee, the Decapolis, Jerusalem, Judea and the region across the Jordan followed him.
